Our Story
Built on Service. Built for the Long Haul.
Service Office Supply and Printing opened in July 1984 in Flatwoods, Kentucky with a straightforward mission: give Eastern Kentucky and Southern Ohio businesses a local source for everything their offices need — without driving to a big city or navigating a faceless national catalog. We moved to our current location at 1011 Powell Lane in 1987, and we’ve been here ever since.
Over the decades we’ve grown from a straightforward supply shop into a full-service business resource — carrying over 30,000 products, offering commercial printing, serving as an authorized Savin copier dealer, and operating as a Hallmark Gold Crown store. What hasn’t changed is how we do business: personal relationships, reliable delivery, and a commitment to the communities we serve.
We know our customers by name. We answer the phone. We show up when we say we will. That’s not a marketing line — it’s just how we’ve operated for 40 years, and it’s how we intend to keep operating.
